Offense vs Any Zone – 4 Out Motion

Offense vs Any Zone – 4 Out Motion

Keys to success: Put your best playmaker in the ‘5’ spot. With each pass along the perimeter, players should look to quickly move the ball or attack gaps in the defense. This offense is not meant to be a stationary offense. Find open space and cut to it, keep the ball moving quickly. Back door cuts will be open when the ball goes to ‘5’ in the high post.

Elapsed Time: 5-10 seconds.

Helpful Drills: Passing drills; Finishing drills; Shooting drills.
