RESOURCE #2:

Relax Your Mind

Part of your challenge today is this breathing exercise to relax your mind.

Meditation is an important part of a balanced lifestyle.

Why Meditation is Important

Coaching can be a very stressful role. Taking time for yourself to relax your mind, find gratitude and breathe deeply will reduce the likelihood of burn out.

The kids that you are coaching rely on you to be your best self. Regular meditation will reduce stress and improve focus. What more could you ask for in a simple exercise you can do in less than ten minutes?

Give it a shot and let me know how it goes!

RESOURCE #3:

Self Evaluation Worksheet

Taking time to ask yourself important questions allows you to gain a better understanding of your strengths and weaknesses and the reasons behind your actions.

Download the worksheet below and find a quiet place to reflect on this past season or the current season if you’re in the middle of the grind. There are five questions to get you thinking about your role as a leader and coach. Did you meet your expectations? What did you do well? How can you get even better for next season or the remainder of this season?
