Defensive Drill – Zig Zag Shuffles

Defensive Drill – Zig Zag Shuffles

This drill is great to work on defensive technique and footwork. It also includes a conditioning aspect.

Keys to Success: Teach and focus on the proper defensive technique and footwork when drop stepping and sliding.

Elapsed Time: I recommend running the drill for 5-10 minutes – give each player at least five attempts.
