Game Film Review

Get Your Team Reviewed by a College Coach
I’ll watch two full games, break down your team, and meet with you to discuss what I see.
When you coach a team every day, it’s easy to get too close to it.
You know your players. You know your system. You know what you’ve been working on in practice.
But sometimes an outside perspective can uncover things you’re not seeing.
That’s where I come in.

Send me film from two of your games, then we’ll have a 45-minute Zoom call to discuss your team and your goals.
I’ll break down your team from an unbiased coach’s perspective. Identifying what’s working, what could improve, and where I think you can make changes that will have the biggest impact.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR TEAM
I’ll send a full team report, then we’ll meet for a 45-minute Zoom call to go through my findings, discuss my recommendations and answer your questions.
Film analysis is much more useful when you can talk about it.
These are just a few of the items we may discuss:
- Offensive execution: spacing, ball movement, shot selection, pace and decision-making
- Defensive execution: positioning, rotations, communication, transition defense and rebounding
- Individual players: strengths, tendencies, roles and areas for improvement
- Lineups & personnel: how your players fit together and whether different combinations could help
- Your system: what appears to be working and where adjustments may help
- Team habits: the small things on film that can have a big impact over the course of a game
- Actionable recommendations: specific things I believe you can take back to practice
The goal isn’t just to hand you a list of observations.
It’s to have a real coaching conversation about how to make your team better.
THIS ISN’T JUST A GAME BREAKDOWN
It’s a fresh perspective that can be incredibly valuable.
Maybe there’s a spacing issue hurting your offense.
Maybe your team is consistently giving up the same action defensively.
Maybe a player could be used differently.
Maybe your shot selection is making your offense look worse than it really is.
Or maybe something you’ve been worried about isn’t actually the biggest problem.
My job is to find it.
That’s what I’ve done at the College level.
WHY TWO GAMES?
One game can lie.
A great shooting night can hide bad offense. A terrible shooting night can make good offense look broken. One opponent can expose (or completely hide) a weakness.
Watching two games gives me a better opportunity to separate one-game problems from actual patterns.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This service is designed for youth, club and high school coaches who want another experienced basketball coach to take an objective look at their team.

- You’re trying to improve your team during the season
- You want feedback on your offensive or defensive system
- You’re unsure whether you’re using your personnel as effectively as possible
- You want another coach’s perspective before making changes
- You simply want a second coaching opinion
Once you sign up we’ll meet to discuss your team and your goals.
