Shooting Drill – Baseketball
This basketball drill is a great way to add some fun to your practices. It’s also good to work on shooting with quickness and pressure.
Keys to Success: Focus on sprinting while dribbling and getting feet and body ready to shoot.
Elapsed Time: Run this drill for 5-7 minutes. To minimize inactivity run the drill on both ends of the court.
