Shooting Drill – 3 Player Shooting
This basketball drill can be used as a warm-up drill for your practices. It’s a good drill to work on catch and shoot shots and gradually improve a player’s quick release.
Keys to Success: Focus on balance, footwork and shot preparation.
Elapsed Time: Run this drill for 5 minutes, rest for 1 minute and run it again. To minimize inactivity run the drill on both ends of the court.
