Passing Drill – 60 Second V-Cuts

This basketball practice drill is great to use as a warm-up to get your players moving and into ‘basketball mode’.

Keys to Success: Focus on passing accuracy and footwork – do not travel during the catch, pivot and pass sequence. Players should also focus on making hard cuts to simulate game action.

Elapsed Time: Run this drill for 60 seconds, take a break and run it again if you feel it’s needed. To minimize player inactivity run the drill at both ends of the court.
