I had parents say to me I do not believe u. You really care about ur players. coach I was thinking of v-cuts or c-cuts they can handle it. thank u for getting back to me

I have had a couple lacrosse players play for my basketball teams. They always adapted the easiest. The two sports are very similar. Spacing and concepts are the same in a lot of cases.

As far as cutting players when it gets down to the last 3-5 cuts I always have done it face to face. I didn’t want to hide behind a letter, email or text. Now if the kids are to young to handle that then you have to consider the best ways to tell them with or through their parents.

I always Motivate my team as well use basketball plays Coach one time we had a clinic three man weave but it is called something else. I asked who plays basketball some children I do. do u know what a three man weave is yes coach well this what I would call it just like when u play basketball. Coach do u any suggestions that could help basketball and lacrosse are similar. oh yes my dad was a football all star in high school then ww2 he played football in R.C.A.F. well he always would talk about knute rockny who motivated his team as well he motivated Notre Dame also John Wooden UCLA our coach Jack Donohue may he rest in peace would motivate us. Coach in high school there was one thing I did not like and that was check ur name to see if u made the team. I also Coach Rep Basketball if players made the team I would phone them as well if a player did not make the team I would never say this will hurt me more than u like a lot of coaches I know would say.
